Das Ferienhaus Villa Otto ist ein Landhaus auf einem 12000 qm gossen Grundstück auf einem Hügel, ganz in der Nähe von Noto gelegen. Trotz der Nähe zur herrlichen Barockstadt Noto hat man zwischen den Oliven-, Mandel-, Johannesbrot- und Orangenbäumen das Gefühl der Ruhe und Gelassenheit.
Das 150 qm große Haus besteht im Erdgeschoss aus einem großzügigem Raum mit Wohn- und Essbereich mit Sofa (+Keyboard) und einer neuen gut ausgestatteten Küche (auch mit Eismaschine, Entsafter, Blender). Von hier gelangt man in das Badezimmer und in die beiden Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett das andere mit 2 Einzelbetten. An der Seite des Hauses befindet sich eine überdachte Veranda von der man auf die Rückseite des Hauses gelangt. Der Poolbereich ist sicher die besondere Stärke des Hauses. Der Pool ist 16 x 7 Meter groß und besitzt eine Bar. Ein zusätzliches Bad mit WC ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Nebenan befindet sich Wäscheraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auf dem Dach der Villa Otto thront ein drittes Schlafzimmer mit Bad und einer großen Dachterrasse mit Blick bis hin zum Meer.
Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert.
Villa Otto und die Region Noto bieten wirklich alles um einen entspannten Urlaub in Südostsizilien zu verbringen. Im Umkreis von 45 km befinden sich die Barockstädte: Noto, Scicli, Modica und Ragusa Ibla (Weltkulturerbe der UNESCO), Siracusa mit dem einzigartigen Stadtkern auf der Halbinsel Ortigia und dem griechischem Theater, die Naturereignisse Vendicari, Cava Grande, Pantalica Schlucht, das Kalkgebirge Monti Iblei mit der wunderschönen Kleinstadt Palazollo Acreide, ebenfalls Barockstadt, Weltkulturerbe und im Besitz eines kleinen hervorragend erhaltenem griechischem Theaters. Von Noto kann man auch problemlos einen Tagesausflug an den Etna, nach Taormina oder Agrigent unternehmen.

La villa corrisponde alle foto ed è meravigliosa. La posizione è rurale ma comunque molto comoda per le escursioni – Noto si raggiunge in 5 minuti di auto. L’area della piscina è ampia e molto curata. Il proprietario è sempre reperibile e disponibile. Altamente consigliata!

We had a lovely holiday here. The villa, pool and grounds were beautiful and in a stunning countryside location looking towards Noto. Sara and Corrado were friendly and excellent hosts. The newly refurbished large pool is wonderful. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach by car. We were lucky to be there for Noto’s famous flower festival.

The villa is in a great location, close by to Noto nestled in the beautiful surrounding countryside. There is lots to explore in the nearby South East area including baroque towns, beaches, nature reserves and vineyards. The villa itself is simple, stylishly decorated and well equipped with a big pool and nice outdoor area. The hosts’ team were very responsive and provided lots of local recommendations.

Villa Otto is a blissful hideaway. Perched on the side of a hill overlooking the beautiful Sicilian countryside, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself. The Villa is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable with plenty of places for people to find their own space to read, work, or just daydream. The Villa is situated in the middle of a Lemon and Orange Grove, which gives off a lovely scent. However, the real star is the fantastic swimming pool with its very own built-in bar. Larger than most private pools, it is great for entertaining, with a bathroom built next to it, so to avoid annoying trips back into the house. I highly recommend Villa Otto and Jochen, Katia, and Sara were great hosts. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Villa Otto is idyllic. The home is incredibly private, set between an olive grove and orange grove and very quiet. The house has a very well equipped kitchen and we ate most of our lunches in the shade overlooking the pool. We made maximum use of the pool and pool floats. Villa Otto is about 7 minutes drive from Noto and 30 minutes from the Vendicari beaches. We enjoyed a very relaxing and peaceful break at this house and hope to stay there again when we return to Sicily.
