The Villa RoCa is a new comfortable holiday home (built in 2019) in a cultivated lemon grove only 500 meters away from the sandy beach. In spite of the location close to the beach, one has the feeling of being in the country and enjoying the peace of the Sicilian nature. From the roof terrace you have a wonderful sea view on the gulf of Noto.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms (all with air conditioning), 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and a large kitchen-living room from which you can access the veranda and the pool area. There is also a small kitchen with barbecue and a wonderful outdoor shower. The nearest beach Scogli bianchi is reached by a small footpath and an underpass, so you don’t even have to cross the promenade. The holiday home is excellently equipped and offers room for 8 people with the sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. The huge roof terrace with a view of the sea to the end of Sicily is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating people and try to fulfill every wish. Scogli bianchi is not the main beach of Lido di Noto, it is located 750 meters away on foot, just like the next supermarket (open only in season) and the next restaurant (open all year round).
