Casa Ponente

Apartamento Ponente is a small, newly renovated holiday flat 50 metres from the sandy beach.
The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room. From the kitchen there is access to a small front garden with a seating area. The flat has been renovated to a high standard and is well equipped.

There is a private parking space 250 metres away or you can park on the street in front of the house.
A private access, shared with three houses, leads directly to the beautiful sandy beach of Scogli Bianchi.

The perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea and within walking distance of a pizzeria and bar/restaurant.

Scogli Bianchi is a smaller sandy beach that is mainly frequented by locals in high season. Just a few metres from the house you can reach a pizzeria (open all year), a café/restaurant with ice cream parlour and a small supermarket (open only in season). In Lido di Noto, however, there are two other small supermarkets that are open all year round. Avola and Noto are about 6 km away from Lido di Noto with bigger supermarkets, fish shop, butcher, market and of course good ristoranti.
