Casa Ginestra is located in the historical centre of Noto, just 120 meters from the theatre square (Piazza XVI Maggio). Behind the square begins the pedestrian zone and thus the pedestrian street of the Nettini. In this street is the famous cathedral, as well as a variety of Baroque palaces, churches and monuments. The apartment is composed as follows. On the second floor is a bedroom with access to the terraces, on the first floor a living room with 2 additional sleeping possibilities (large bed sofa), a large living room and a bathroom. The apartment is newly renovated and perfect for a couple, also with children. From the lower, but above all from the roof terrace you have a nice view of the rooftops of the old town. By the new, high-quality windows in the bedroom you can sleep despite the central location very good. In the same house the owners also have a second apartment which is newly renovated. It is completely independent, with independent entrance and also with a wonderful terrace and 2 bedrooms (Casa Asmara). Together, the two apartments are perfect for 6-9 people.

The baroque town of Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with its 22,000 inhabitants has developed incredibly over the past few years. Here you will find everything you need for a wonderful holiday. Excellent and local Ristoranti, good bakeries and butcher, several favourable fishmonger and a beautiful pedestrian mile with cafes. Noto is, in a way, a rarity, since the combination of city life, intact nature, sea and beautiful beaches is hardly to be found. Even free parking, if not exactly in the centre, in the immediate vicinity in the side streets to find.
