Casa Tomaso lies at the top of a hill, right in the middle of the mediterranean Macchia and surrounded by olive trees, pristine nature and agricultural fields between Noto and Pachino. The house and swimming pool offer a superb view of the countryside and sunset.
Casa Tomaso was completed in July 2017 and is perfect for a small family. It is composed of twobedrooms, two bathrooms (including an en-suite) and a kitchen-living room, all of which theenglish owners furnished and decorated stylishly. Together with the swimming pool, whichmeasures 3×6 metres, the house offers enough space to relax – including a roofed terrace.
Noto and Pachino, as well as the local beaches are a 25-minute and 20-minute drive awayrespectively. The last few kilometres up the house are not paved and therefore a littlebumpy. This short trip from casa tomaso to the main road only lasts about 6 minutes and isnot a problem for local rental cars. Holiday makers looking for a well-equipped, modern andidyllically placed house will find what they are looking for in Casa Tomaso.

- The road to the house is not suitable for low clearance vehicles. We recommend a vehicles with high ground clearance (eg. mini SUV).
- The pool has a depth of 1.40 metres throughout.
- Smoking permitted outside only please.
