Casa Agila is an attempt to create a place where the guest experiences and enjoys relaxation, ease and naturalness.
Local materials, modern architecture and perfect integration into the landscape allow the feeling of relaxed serenity.
The house consists of 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room, which merge into a single space in connection with nature by opening the sliding doors.
Directly in front of the terrace is the outdoor kitchen and the 3 by 13 metre salt water pool. From the house, the terraces and the pool you have a beautiful view over the Gulf of Noto to the south-eastern tip of Sicily.
Casa Agila has underfloor cooling and heating, an outdoor shower and a barbecue plancha.
The pool heating is still on hold due to Sicilian bureaucracy, as the approval for the photovoltaic system is pending (for a long time).
If this is granted soon, Casa Agila will also be an outstanding holiday home from a sustainable point of view (green roof).

- The road to the house is not suitable for low clearance vehicles. We recommend a vehicles with high ground clearance (eg. mini SUV).
- The pool has a depth of 1.40 metres throughout.
- Smoking permitted outside only please.
- Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
- Additional overnight guests are not allowed.
- Villas are for client use only.
- Occasional visits permitted.
- No pets allowed.
- Most of our houses in the countryside are unfenced, on slopes and surrounded by prickly cacti and indigenous plants.
- All houses on the land have a biological septic tank.
