Das neue, kleine Ferienhaus Casa Margherita befindet sich zwischen Mandel- und Olivenhainen, gegenüber dem berühmten Weingut Planeta. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die sizilianische Landschaft und man hat die Möglichkeit, die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge zu beobachten, während man sich in einem privatem Pool entspannt. Das Haus wurde gerade nach den höchsten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Doppelbett, einem Küchenbereich und einem Badezimmer. Der Außenbereich besteht aus einem Pool, einer Außenküche und einem Sitzbereich. Die Innenräume und der Garten sind geschmackvoll und professionell gestaltet.

Das Ferienhaus ist der perfekte Ort für ein Paar, das sich einen ruhigen Rückzugsort auf dem Lande wünscht, wenn es nicht gerade eine der majestätischen Städte besucht, die von diesem besonderen Ort aus leicht zu erreichen sind.

Really great place. Very remote surrounded by olive and lemon groves. Great bbq and kitchen set up. 10 minutes from Pachino which has lovely food shops. And nice beaches nearby. We will return!

Lovely house if you want a very calm vacation. There’s nothing there besides Olive fields. We also loved the pool and the whole garden area.
Might be a little hot in summer, since there’s not a powerful aircondition. Might be fixable. We didn’t check, since it wasn’t that hot yet.

Von der Reservierungsanfrage bis zum Check-Out war alles perfekt durch das ganze Team von Siculus organisiert. Wir haben uns in der Casa Margherita sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben die Ruhe zwischen Mandel- und Olivenbäumen sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Außenbereich mit Pool sind sehr stilvoll gestaltet - man würde am liebsten direkt dauerhaft einziehen. Wir hoffen, bald wieder zu kommen. :)

Our stay at Casa Margherita was fantastic! The gorgeous rural setting, rolling hills dotted with farms, vineyards, and olive trees, sets the stage for a lovely private getaway perfectly suited for a couple. The pool was warm and inviting even in October, and the kitchen and outdoor dining space begged for lazy mornings sipping coffee looking out over the fields. The cottage is well appointed for relaxing and staying in, but is also just a short drive on country roads to beautiful local villages and small cities for day excursions and nights out on the town. I would highly recommend Casa Margherita to any couple or solo traveler searching for a bit of bucolic peace and quiet.

Beautiful place! Cozy and very nicely decorated. We especially loved the outside area and the little private pool. Very quite spot where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. You will need a car to get there and to get to the closest town (Pachino) for shopping and restaurants - the town of Noto is 30 minutes away. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful few nights, the villa is more spacious than the pictures and beautifully decorated with a really comfortable bed and all the amenities you will need. Pool is heated and outside space is amazing! You would need a car but it’s easy distance from Noto and Marzamemi which we enjoyed. Lunch at Marianeddi farmhouse and walk to the beach there is also a must but hosts will give you lots of great recommendations

We had a delightful stay at Casa Margherita. The space within the house was perfectly designed to provide everything two people would need for a calm and relaxing break. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, ceramics and kitchen utensils was a cut above the average and everything “just worked” as you would want. The setting of the house is as peaceful as could be imagined, and provides both privacy whilst relaxing by the plunge pool, along with excellent views across neighbouring vineyards. Visits to the two local vineyards, which are within walking distance are recommended. Planeta Buonvini and Tenuta da Favola both provide tours with tastings although if you only do one we would recommend the family owned Tenuta da Favola. The local area provides plenty of day trip options including historical centres such as Noto, Ragusa and Syracuse, or beach trips are also an option. If you want to unwind and relax together as a couple, Casa Margherita is highly recommended.
