Das 2022 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus Casa Apollonia liegt zwischen Noto und Avola in einem großen Olivenhain. Es ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie und bietet alles, um einen entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger und stilvoller Atmosphäre zu verbringen.
Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und besitzt einen 10 Meter langen Pool.
Casa Apollonia besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett, das anderen mit 2 Einzelbetten, einem großen Badezimmer und einer gemütlichen Wohnküche.
Von dieser aus, tritt man auf die mit einer Pergola überdachten Terrasse, auf der sich ein Esstisch mit Stühlen befindet.
Neben dem Schwimmbad kann man unter einem Gazebo den Aperitif genießen oder den Kindern mein Schwimmen zuschauen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, ruhig gelegen und doch in Nähe der beiden Städte Noto und Avola und den wunderschönen Sandstränden im Südosten Siziliens.
Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, und das Haus der Besitzer befindet sich in der Nähe. Man hat viel Privatsphäre, ohne sich einsam zu fühlen.
Die Region um Noto ist unglaublich abwechslungsreich und bietet für mehrere Wochen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Naturschönheiten.

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Casa Apollonia. Christine und Bruno sind hervorragende Gastgeber, die uns mit vielen wertvollen Tipps versorgt haben. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch Katia und Jochen haben uns im Vorfeld mit vielen tollen Informationen versorgt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl unseres Ferienhauses. Die Casa Apollonia ist neu und in einem sehr guten Zustand der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter die auch auf dem Grundstück leben sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben tipps für sehenswertes. Wir hatten erholsame Urlaubstage und eine schöne Zeit in der Casa und auch den Pool (wir waren im Mai dort) konnten wir benutzen.
Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen !!
Auch die Buchung über Siculus ging schnell und war problemlos. Jederzeit wieder!

This unique villa was a real delight. It is unique not only because of its secluded location, but also because in Sicily we could rarely find a villa with a pool for a small family. You get a great pleasure from the space of the villa itself, the design, the architecture and decorations of the building, the plants. We had a wonderful stay at this villa!! It was better than the photos, and in a very private, idyllic spot in an orchard. We were happy to be able to spend a day and just about every evening in the pool. The villa was an easy drive to the beach and to Noto for meals, as well as to Avola for groceries and necessities, so the location was perfect as long as you have a rental car. The hosts were extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and gave great local recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Katia provided good communication and everything was arranged with ease. Which meant we had an awesome week’s stay at the villa for our family( kids 5 and 9) during half term. It was our first time in Sicily and this made an ideal base to explore south west corner, and everything it has to offer, fantastic beaches and cristal blue waters, wonderful towns like Noto, Ragusa, Siracusa and of course still within 1.5 hrs of Mt Etna by car, the autoroutes were empty for the most part. Cristina and Bruno the villa’s owners were very charming and helpful, with a warm greeting on our arrival and suggestions of what to do and see and fixed an issue promptly when we asked them. The place itself was great with a new separate entrance this year, and with two kids the pool was in constant use. The views from pool and terrace were lovely in two directions, and all the mature olive trees made it feel very private too in what was peaceful surroundings. Our week went all too quickly!

We had a wonderful time, and especially the pool was great for cooling down in the heat! The place was easy to get started with, and very easy to operate. There was an A/C unit for each bedroom and one additional in the kitchen/living room. It’s very easy to drive to Noto and Avola. The beaches in Avola and Lido do Noto are great, and only about a 20min drive away.
