| Once the „agriturismo“ was a farm which had a few rooms or apartments to rent. The guests ate typical Sicilian food together with the family from their homemade products. Nowadays some agriturismo are beautiful restructed old mansions which are runned like a professional hotel. The kitchen is still with homemade products.
